Module 1 -- Develop Your Homeschool Mission

This module will lay the foundation for everything to come. The goal here is to create the vision for a successful homeschool. We'll determine what is really motivating you to choose homeschooling and why you're here. We'll define your goals for your family homeschool and the values you want to honor and serve. And we'll nail down what the mission of your homeschool is so you can ensure that every homeschool decision you make helps meet that mission.

Module 2 -- Define Your Homeschool Culture

Every family has unique needs and circumstances, so every family's home school is going to feel a little bit different from any other family's. That's OK. That's great, in fact! That means that your homeschool is actually about the people involved, and not just about the learning the people are doing. In these lessons, I'll walk you through the things you need to consider as you begin dreaming about what your homeschool environment can be. 

Module 3 -- Research Curriculum and Enrichment

This is where you'll begin the really important and really exciting adventure of choosing your curriculum and enrichment activities. This module will walk you through all the questions you need to ask as you begin your research, how to find the answers you need, and how to keep track of the information you discover.

Module 4 -- Select Your Curriculum and Enrichment

I'm giving you the step-by-step strategy to making your very best curriculum and enrichment choices—the choices that will be academically effective for your child and the best fit for your family. By the time we're finished here, you'll have a plan you're comfortable with, curriculum you're excited about, and the confidence you need for the first day of learning.

Module 5 -- Outline Your School Calendar and Schedule

In this module, we'll cover exactly what you need to consider to schedule your school year, your semester, and your days. I'll teach you how to assess your family schedule needs, limitations, and possibilities. I'll show you how to evaluate course creators’ pacing suggestions. And we'll work through ensuring there's plenty of room for your enrichment activities. Once you pull all of that together, you'll have an amazingly thoughtful and productive plan.

Module 6 -- Develop Your Lesson Plan and Tracking

We will look at how to determine exactly what is required to complete your courses. I'll walk you through everything you need to consider as you select your planning and tracking tools. Then I'll give you a little mindset pep talk. And we will finish out the module with something you'll be so proud of—a school year plan outlining every single school day.

Module 7 -- Set Up Your Learning Space

In the final module, I'll teach you how to tackle preparing your homeschool—setting up your learning space. I'll show you how to assess what materials are required and what physical space and storage are available. Then I will show you how to develop a design plan so you can complete the finishing touch of pulling it all together. This module is the home stretch and will pull everything together so you're ready for the first day of learning.
